Wash gently.
Use a mild automotive wash and soft, clean wash tools. Rinse away loose dirt first. Avoid abrasive cleaners and brush-style automatic car washes.
Watch the edges.
Avoid directing pressure washers at film edges or seams. Follow your film manufacturer’s pressure, distance, and temperature guidance.
Clean spots promptly.
Remove bird droppings, bugs, and other contaminants gently as soon as practical. Test any approved cleaner in an inconspicuous area first.
Respect the finish.
Matte and satin films need finish-appropriate products. Do not polish or apply wax without checking that the product is suitable for your film.
Give it some shade.
Covered parking can help reduce exposure to Arizona sun and heat. A wrap still needs routine cleaning and inspection.
Ask before you treat.
Wait times after installation and care requirements vary by product. Confirm your installer’s instructions before the first wash. If an edge lifts or you see damage, ask for guidance rather than pulling or trimming the film.
